Neighborhood gem! I come here at least once a week — the coffee is consistently delicious and the energy of the outdoor space is delightful. If you wanna post up somewhere quiet, shady and beautiful while reading a book and sipping a creamy latte, this is the place for you The homes in this neighborhood are pretty dreamy too - maybe go for a stroll afterward!

Overall good, but theres better coffee around. Maybe if they upgraded their milk it would hit 5 stars. The book store is worth a stop and the outdoor seating is nice, so if that's your vibe for the day then definitely swing by.

Cute little book & coffee shop. Love their cappuccinos, the vibes are green villa library. They have a really good selection of books too.

Chill atmosphere with a ton of outdoor sitting and great coffee. Pastries and snackies from Texas French Bread and some more elevated afternoon bites like cheese and crackers. I do wish they had more breakfast options like breakfast tacos

Love being able to enjoy my coffee in the neighborhood! Nice little walk to burn off the delicious pastry that I enjoyed with my iced latte with oat milk! Plenty of shaded seating! Added benefit is the bookstore! Small but mighty!

Love this place. Coffee is always dialed and the book selection is perfectly curated. There isn’t a better place to kill a few hours on an overcast morning.
